Isn't the Snooze Button Wonderful?

Species: Cheetah | Location: Okavango Delta, Botswana

One early morning in the Delta with Nat Hab, we spotted a herd of elephants in the distance. As we approached, an originally hidden termite mound appeared and a beautiful cheetah was just about to wake up from her dream. She eventually did and gave us an early morning yoga demonstration too. I thought this picture captured an unusually tranquil perspective of African wildlife worthy of sharing.

About The Photographer

I'm an amateur photographer from Kalamazoo, MI, that now has the wildlife photography bug thanks to Nat Hab.
