Playful Elephants at Waterhole

Species: African elephants | Location: Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe

Up to 200 elephants would come to this waterhole at dusk each day in Zimbabwe. I was successful in zooming in on two elephants enjoying the waterhole without the distraction of the rest of the herd cluttering my shot.

I'm an amateur photographer who loves taking wildlife pictures while travelling. Recent travels have included 14 to 16-day safaris to both East Africa (Kenya and Tanzania) and Southern Africa (Zimbabwe, Botswana and South Africa).
