Close-up photo of a male leopard at the end of our safari day. We had been hoping to see one for days. I was blessed to finally see this magnificent creature on a trip to East Africa (Maasai Mara National Reserve) in 2013. He was laying at the base of a tree and seemed totally at ease with our presence. I was able to get many close-up shots of him. I used my Panasonic Lumix DC FZ-70 with a 60x optical zoom in the late afternoon.
