I was on a photography trip in South Africa. During one morning safari we saw this crowned hornbill sitting on a nearby shrub. I slowly got into position and was able to get the shot.

My initial photography interest was in macros of plants and flowers, but once I obtained a longer lens, I became an avid wildlife photographer.
