Blanket of Wings

Species: Monarch Butterfly | Location: Angangueo, Mexico

Dozens of monarch butterflies cover the underside of a tree in El Rosario Butterfly Sanctuary during Nat Hab's Monarch Migration tour.  These butterflies often migrate over 2,000 miles from the U.S. and Canada to the forests of central Mexico to hibernate.
