Species: Mountain Gorilla | Location: Virunga Mountains, Rwanda

This photo taken when trekking in the Virunga Mountains of Rwanda. We came across a family of about 23 gorillas — the boss silverback, females with young, and several junior males. It was a great experience being able to be in the presence of such creatures!
