Species: Lioness | Location: Nairobi National Park, Kenya

Lone lioness in Nairobi National Park attempting to hunt impala. She was unsuccessful on her two attempts, after which she just went and sat under a tree. Lesson: Failure is a part of life--human or animal--sometimes it's just good to sit it out for a while and then try again.

About The Photographer
