Species: Malachite Butterfly | Location: Danaus Nature Center, Costa Rica
While visiting Costa Rica with Nat Hab, we stopped at Ecocentro Danaus on a very overcast day. Part of the nature center is a butterfly enclosure. I walked around trying to find some interesting butterflies. This one sat fairly close to the pathway and allowed me to take its picture before fluttering off.
