Stalking Fox

We were on a snowshoe trip to Vagabond Ranch, outside Winter Park, Colorado.  On the second day we spotted this rather curious fox. I like this shot because as he crept closer, his fur stood up. His color was a nice contrast against the snow.

I am a mountain landscape/nature photographer currently living in Parker, Colorado. It has been my goal over the years to locate those hard to find spots, some that can be only accessed through back country travel, and showcase these spots to the best of my ability. Some Images come during a mile hike, some come during a week long backpacking trip. Above all, it is my privilege to share with the viewer my perspective.
