Species: Macaque | Location: Wild Panda Nature Reserve, China

One week into our Nat Hab trip, The Wild Side of China Photo Adventure, we travel to the Wild Panda Nature Reserve.  There we can observe more than just pandas.  We can also see wildlife such as Tibetan and Rhesus macaques, wild boar, musk deer, golden and Sichuan takin, and endangered moon bears (which I recently had the pleasure of viewing in the wild!) to name a few.

About The Photographer

Eric's illustrious career began in Alaska in 1989, where he worked as a field researcher on many of the state’s diverse animal species, including river otters, waterfowl, moose and reindeer. He also served as the Head Naturalist at Kantishna Roadhouse Lodge in Denali National Park. Read Eric's bio to learn more about him!
