Species: Polar Bear | Location: Churchill, Canada
This bear is an old male, evidenced by the numerous scars on his face. He was one of the biggest bears to approach our rover last season. Oftentimes we only see the younger males around the tundra trails. The big brutes like this guy are often sequestered near Cape Churchill, a place where younger bears typically avoid.
