Species: Lioness | Location: Samburu, Kenya
We were parked on a semi-dry river bank when I noticed a Grant's gazelle running for its life. Close behind was a lioness, right before she sprang into action and was out of sight. Loved the focus and grace of her posture. She did not catch the gazelle, however.
About The Photographer
I am an amateur wildlife photographer. My favorite subject happens to be birds, but I also like mammals, especially if I am lucky enough to witness and capture a unique behavior. Photography gives me an excuse to travel and explore our amazing natural world.
