While on a Russ Burden Photo Tour, driving up Mt. Evans in Colorado, we observed some Marmot activity.

Getting out of the van, I sat on the edge of the road for half an hour watching and waiting for Marmot activity. After getting used to my presence they became more active, and I was able to capture two Marmots appearing to be kissing.
