2016 WILDLIFE PHOTO CONTEST EXPERTS' CHOICE HONORABLE MENTION — TECHNICAL DISTINCTION

This photo was taken with a Phototrap that triggered the flashes when the bat broke the beam. It was a technique I always wanted to try. The shutter is set to fire continuous 8-second exposures and if something triggers the flash during that period it is recorded. I was lucky to capture this image.
