Bifengxia Panda Base was established inside a 1,000-acre reserve of natural forest, and is a branch of the China Conservation & Research Center for the Giant Panda.  This is one stop we made while on Nat Hab's The Wild Side of China: A Nature Odyssey trip.  Learn what WWF is doing to help protect the giant panda.

About The Photographer

Eric's illustrious career began in Alaska in 1989, where he worked as a field researcher on many of the state’s diverse animal species, including river otters, waterfowl, moose and reindeer. He also served as the Head Naturalist at Kantishna Roadhouse Lodge in Denali National Park. Read Eric's bio to learn more about him!
