Love Birds? No, Bee-Eaters

Species: Little Bee-eater | Location: Okavango Delta Region, Botswana

It appeared that maybe these are "love birds" ready to enjoy lunch together. Who knows! We had a great tour in the Okavango Delta Region of Botswana with Natural Habitat. Our expert guide (a professional photographer himself) knew every plant, animal, and bird by sight and sound. He positioned us for optimum photo opportunities. These Little Bee-eaters are just one of the many, many colorful birds we saw and photographed.
