Sandra Rust is a photographer based in Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from Columbia College in Chicago with a BA in art, and went on to graduate school at Governors State University, where she completed digital imaging courses with honors. Her work has been featured throughout the US, and Europe (through exhibitions, online, awards, featured in magazines Wild Planet, Outdoor Photographer, WWF, National Wildlife Federation, Student Conservation Association and art galleries). Her photography explores nature, commercial architecture, portraits, industrial, and editorial images. Her photographic process is influenced by her background as fine art artist/graphic designer/illustrator.
