Species: Lion | Location: Maasai Mara, Kenya
It was such a pleasure to photograph this lion pride while visiting the Maasai Mara in Kenya with Nat Hab. The Mara is in the Serengeti Plains, and named for the Maasai tribespeople. These traditional inhabitants of the area still graze cattle here. Learn more about what WWF is doing to help protect East Africa.
