Afternoon Yawn

Species: Red Fox/Walter | Location: Near Undine Falls, Yellowstone National Park, United States of America

My son and I were making our way out of Yellowstone National Park, after spending 5 days there, when we happened upon this red fox sleeping on a cliffside opposite a ravine. We waited quite awhile for the fox to wake up and when it did it yawned, got up and spun to its right, shook, laid back down, yawned again and tucked its head back in to sleep some more. A magical moment to cap off a wonderful photo trip!
