Secluded Botswana Safari - August 25. 2018. Richard was our Expedition Leader. Photo taken on Okavango Delta (Gomoti Camp) Santawani Private Concession. Cheetah ran after its prey. Very exciting. These cubs were looking for their mama. The cubs found their mama and started to eat the kill. Mama cheetah was sitting nearby still panting after her successful kill. I took this photo as the cubs were near their mama. I used the 300mm on my lens, but extended the lens by using the crop factor in my camera extending the focal length to 450mm. With 42 mega pixels, the photo still came out sharp. The bush frames the cheetah.
