A Little Red in the Face

An adorable red panda stopped to look at me while I photographed him in the Wild Panda Nature Reserve in China on a trip with Nat Hab.  This national reserve is home to 430 different mammal species, as well as more than 2,400 different kinds of plants.  Learn about what WWF is doing to help protect the red panda.

Eric's illustrious career began in Alaska in 1989, where he worked as a field researcher on many of the state’s diverse animal species, including river otters, waterfowl, moose and reindeer. He also served as the Head Naturalist at Kantishna Roadhouse Lodge in Denali National Park. Read Eric's bio to learn more about him!
