A Mother's Look

A beautiful mother grizzly keeps her eyes on us as her adorable cub munches on some grass in Katmai National Park, Alaska. This photo was taken on the Natural Habitat Adventures trip Alaska's Coastal Grizzlies: Kodiak to Katmai.

About The Photographer

Eric's illustrious career began in Alaska in 1989, where he worked as a field researcher on many of the state’s diverse animal species, including river otters, waterfowl, moose and reindeer. He also served as the Head Naturalist at Kantishna Roadhouse Lodge in Denali National Park. Read Eric's bio to learn more about him!
