Jellyfish, Padre Island National Seashore, Texas, United States of America
Jellyfish Skull

Species: Jellyfish | Location: Padre Island National Seashore, Texas, United States of America

We all know that jellyfish are inherently lacking in skeltal structures, so imagine my surprise when my morning walk on the beach led to the discovery of a Skull inside of a Jellyfish. No, it's not actually a skull, it's the impression of a skull showing in the patterns of this jellyfish that washed up in the tides. Still, it was an eerie and exciting find at the beach.
