lion (Panthera leo), Kidepo, Uganda
Languid Lioness Kidepo Uganda

Species: lion (Panthera leo) | Location: Kidepo, Uganda

While Traveling in Uganda, we visited Kidepo is Uganda’s most isolated national park. It was once the play ground of the late president Idi Amin who used it as a persoanal hunting reserve. On safari we came across a breeding pair of lions. The pair were laying apart from each other, and the lighting was perfect for capturing her languid mood.
