It's a Takedown!
Species: African Lion with Cape Buffalo | Location: Mana Pools National Park, Zimbabwe
2 Lionesses on the final takedown of a Cape Buffalo. What a special thrill to see and photograph the actual take down. Another lioness and several juveniles joined in on the "fun". The male lion came later to eat, of course.
