Herring Gull in Flight
Species: Herring Gull | Location: Hecla/Grindstone Provincial Park, Canada
There is never a shortage of gulls when you are visiting Hecla Island, and so I was able to capture them in flight around the harbor. On this day, it was cold and had been raining non-stop. I was thrilled when I noticed that the rain had momentarily let up, allowing me to quickly set up for this shot.
