Snowy
Species: Snowy Owl | Location: Lower Valley, Kalispell, MT, United States of America
A friend of mine and I had heard about a large 'Snowy' population in the lower valley area of Kalispell, MT so we went to check it out. Neither of us are 'birders', but we figured it would fun. We saw this Snowy in a field on top of a stored hay pile. As we approached, it took off and fortunately for me it was in my direction.
