A Moment of Serenity
Species: Black Howler Monkey (Alouatta caraya) | Location: Arenal, Costa Rica
While drifting along the edges of a river bank in Arenal, Costa Rica, a group of black howler monkeys was spotted high up in the treetops. While most individuals were busy eating or interacting with each other, this lone female sat quietly gazing into the distant in a moment of serenity.
