Curious Pygmy Owl
Species: Pygmy Owl | Location: BC / British Columbia, Canada
I had decided to go for a hike, and almost did not pack my camera. Thank goodness I did, as I eventually saw three pygmy owls. All three were very curious, but this one was more than the other two. The bird is not much bigger than an orange. The owl sat still enough for me to get some shots.
