Marine Iguana Swimming
Species: Marine Iguana | Location: Galapagos Islands - Fernandina, Ecuador
We landed on Fernandina in the early morning. As our panga got close to shore, we saw marine iguanas slip into the ocean and swim out to crops of sea algae on which they feed. This is what we had come to see.
