Walking with the lions

We were in Zimbabwe and saw and advertisement for" Walking with the Lions" . I signed up and went. The only protection provided was a wooden walking stick. The leader was armed with a gun in case anything went wrong. Before starting I asked the planner if they had fed the lions that morning. He assured me that they had and I said then I was ready to go.
