Species: Zebra | Location: Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Game Reserve in northern KwaZulu Natal, South Africa
By Sue Anderson
This photo was taken while on safari in South Africa in the Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Game Reserve located in northern KwaZulu Natal. It was October and there had been a long drought, so everything was very dry and the animals had to struggle to find food and water.
About The Photographer
I've traveled to many places all over the world but Africa is my favorite continent. I've been on safari numerous times in Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe. In fact I'm returning later this summer for my 6th safari trip. I don't have fancy equipment but animals are such wonderful subjects, it doesn't really matter.
