Rare visitor
Species: Snowy owl | Location: Northwest Indiana, United States of America
Snowy owls are infrequent visitors to Northwest Indiana. This is one of three that I have photographed at the Reynolds Creek Gamebird Habitat area near my home. About 1200 acres of land recently acquired by the Department of Natural Resources now dedicated to wildlife habitat instead of being farmed or developed.
