The Climb
Species: Chinstrap Penguin | Location: Antarctic Peninsula, Antarctica
This Chinstrap Penguin had just begun the long journey from the ocean to its rookery, and the path was daunting. As it marched up the mountainside, it fell countless times. However, not to be deterred, it ultimately reached its destination and hundreds of fellow Chinstrap Penguins...a reunion well worth the massive effort.
