This guy landed on a stick by my community garden plot.... I think maybe he was attracted to the fragrance of the herbs, tomatoes, basil and lemon verbena..... he seemed to be looking right at me but you never know with those insect eyes! I couldn't believe the beauty of his gossamer wings....which you could see through! And the black velvet patches that decorated those delicate wings.... ah nature!
