Ursus americanus/American black bear, Grand Teton National Park, United States of America
Crossing the Stream

Species: Ursus americanus/American black bear | Location: Grand Teton National Park, United States of America

A juvenile black bear looked like a grizzley in the sunlight as the brightness played magic with the color of its coat. What a symphony with light! After foraging on huckleberries from nearby bushes, the bear drank from the stream and proceeded to cross in front of me where I had been quietly sitting for an hour. What an experience of a lifetime!
