Species: Mallard ducks | Location: Hammond lake in Tioga County Pa., United States of America
I saw water moving over the bank of a lake and popped up over the bank to see a group of ducks close to shore. I got a picture of the ducks sitting before they flew. Once they flew I started taking pictures of them flying. Once I got home and loaded the pictures onto my computer this one caught my eye. The duck on the right looked like it had a reflection but none of the other ducks had a reflection. That is when I figured out the duck on top was the male mallard and the refection was actually the female in perfect sync with the male.
