This different looking duck may be teased for his looks, but I love him for them! He was quite friendly and I think he enjoyed having his picture taken. He didn't squawk or chase after my friends and I.

After 3 good poses from him, I decided to leave and let him go on his merry way as he waddled along the stream from the beach.

Hi there! My name is Sarah, I'm an Art Major with a Graphic Design emphasis and a Zoology minor at an upstate SUNY school. I am working my way through school. I love art and animals, thus these are my areas of study. I enjoy photography and the outdoors. Exploring nature is a favorite past time of mine and although I have not been around many large wild animals in their natural habitat (which is what is usually seen in the typical wildlife photo), I hope to be considered for this contest. It is a dream of mine to travel the world and see wildlife in their natural habitat. Thanks for reading.
