About The Photographer

Composition has intrigued me from a very young age. I would always arrange my toys in ways that were visually satisfying. I would spend hours drawing houses, floor plans and decorating the rooms. Until recently, I’ve neither had the time nor the opportunity to take more than the occasionally “really good” photo. When my family complained there were no people in my travel pictures, I realized people got in the “way” of my compositions! Obviously my focus had been on composition in nature and inanimate things. Family and friends have been encouraging me to consider my photos as art. I have come to believe them, and now is the time in my life to allow my passion to flourish. I’ve not only been blessed with living in beautiful New England all my life, but also have currently traveled to far and exotic places. Most my work is done with a digital camera with little or no enhancement. However, some of my best photos are actually taken with my iphone!
