William Randolph Hearst released Zebra into the wild on his coastal ranch near San Simeon California. With no natural predator they thrived. Today they can be seen grazing alongside the cattle they now herd with.

I've only been taking photos since 2013 after suffering a debilitating spinal cord injury that has resulted in 5 back surgeries since 2012. Photography has been more than cathartic, it has also allowed me to stay close to the things I love, the outdoors, the ocean and my family.
