Taken on a Ferry ride through the San Juan Islands to the magnificent Friday Harbor. Walking along the dock and hear some heavy breathing and what sounds like a whale. Turn to my right and sure enough.... some harbor seals!

How do you make people care? How do you trigger emotion? For me I am able to do this through wildlife and landscape photography. I use photography to show people what's at a loss if we don't care for our vital planet. Not just the people are part of this earth, it's the rivers and the species, and I use my camera to explain that.
