I watched this young iguana pop up several times between the vegetation and waited for the moment where he appeared to be holding bright flowers for any reptilian admirers. :)

Darren has always been interested in the natural world. For more than twenty-five years he has attentively learned about animals and their natural behaviour. Throughout his career, he has had the great pleasure of working with a vast diversity of species. In addition to working with animals, Darren has taught various age groups about the incredible and exciting world of wildlife. He believes in respecting animals and observing their capabilities and adaptations in awe.
Darren holds degrees in Animal Sciences, Environmental Studies and Primatology. His special interests are carnivores, primates, ungulates, wildlife conservation, inter-species interactions and animal adaptations
