Species: Marmont in the first photo, Lamar Valley in the second photo | Location: Yellowstone National Park, United States of America
By John Rolfe
Taken in Lamar Valley after 10 minutes of sunshine then 5 minutes of downpour, shortly followed by rays of sunshine that created this impeccable rainbow spanning from end to end.
About The Photographer
This was taken on the Yellowstone Adventure with my grandparents! I have so many amazing pictures so show including a full rainbow, reaching both ends, on a beautiful rainy, yet also half the photo shows the sun shining on the Lamar Valley. This photo is a picture I took while hiking along the peaks of the Yellowstone River with the cutest little Marmot. If I could add more photos to this I'm sure they would impress you guys at NatHab. I am a college student lucky enough to take a trip with Natural Habitat and it truly was a life changing experience. I would love to have my photos entered along with the one that I attached. You guys are doing great things for the world an showing people how truly beautiful Mother Earth is!
