Species: Bald Eagle | Location: Haines, Alaska, USA
I was told that Haines, Alaska in the fall was the world's largest concentration of bald eagles in the world!
So I went.
I was overwhelmed by the numbers!
Resting in the trees, flying over the river, diving down and catching a fish and eating.
This mature and immature eagle seem to be having a disagreement over who was going to eat the fish laying on the ground between them.
After a short period of time, they both flew off. I guess they both thought it was not worth it!
Truly something to see!
Nature and wildlife of all kinds is so pleasant to watch.
Even if it's only the birds and maybe a squirrel in your backyard.
Or maybe going to a local park and looking around.
About The Photographer
I love wildlife and have been photographing it for about 17 years all over.
I think the so-called normal world is missing out by not taking time to watch--learn and enjoy the wildlfie!
I believe nature and wildlife are gifts from God!
My main area I enjoy the most is Alaska--so peaceful, scenic, and all kinds of nature! And most of all, away from the so-called normal high-tech world!
