Elephant family group photographed on a rainy day in Maasai Mara National Park, Kenya. This image illustrates the love and care given by mother elephants toward baby. As well as the communal sense of protectiveness provided by all adult and adolescent female elephants toward the little ones. We followed this group for quite awhile and the mother seldom permitted the baby to leave her side, and even stood over her to keep the rain off.
