Species: King penguins | Location: Volunteer Point, Falkland Islands (Malvinas)
By Jim Lewis
On a cruise to South America and Antarctica, we made a trip to Volunteer Point on the Falkland Islands. This location is a very large rookery for King penguins (and Magellanics) and I happened to catch these three coming out of the water after an afternoon fishing trip.
