This image was taken at Brooks Falls in Katmai National Park in Alaska. Shortly after snagging a tasty salmon this Alaskan Grizzly became inundated with pesky gulls hoping to bag a share of his haul. In what can only be described as fortunate timing I was able to capture what is almost an emotional expression as this young bear "convinces" the gull that it should move on and bother another bear.
