Friend in Hand

Taken in Sanibel Island, Florida, I happened across a wild skink scurrying down a trail made of seashells. Quick as lightning; agile as only little critters can be. When taking a handful of seashells, his tail got pinned under my finger. I quickly took a picture and then let him go on his way home.
