LEAPIN' LIZARDS!
I'm not usually a big fan of reptiles but this Costa Rican "big boy" was sunning himself, and seemed unfazed by my approach. We had just left an amazing rain forest experience and I assumed that no further photographic subjects would be presenting themselves that day. Was I wrong! The brilliant colors of this lizard glowed in the sunlight. I grabbed my camera, moved in close, and got one shot before he made his retreat.
