Javelina , Tucson, Az., United States of America
GUESS WHO IS COMING FOR DINNER

Species: Javelina | Location: Tucson, Az., United States of America

I was vacationing in Tucson, AZ. and caught a photo of a javelina running across the front yard of the house. They can sometimes be seen with babies in tow. The mountain range north of the house is The Catalinas. The javelina's travel into the neighborhood in the early morning. Apparently, this neighborhood is part of their stomping grounds. I had never seen such an animal and had to go looking. I thought at first it was just a wild pig...but it was a Javelina.
